"Doesn’t respond to email requests.
Thanks for the reply on google John. I emailed your office on Jan 11 requesting cancellation- which was n not done - then you acknowledged receiving my email today, but did not cancel my policy. Hence the low review."

"I highly recommend this agency!! Maddie was so awesome and patient. I had spoken to her a while back for a quote but had some personal issues arise but when I was able and ready to move forward I gave Maddie a call and she handle everything in a matter of minutes and she is also very well knowledgeable.
